The Incarnation: God becoming his own creation, taking on flesh in the person of Jesus; the truth that Jesus was at once fully God & fully human: infinite & finite entwined in one man.
The Incarnation is the most miraculous event in history. Without it, there is no resurrection, no salvation. Everything we stand for, everything we believe in hinges on the truth of the Incarnation.
Throughout Advent, we explore the Incarnation through the beautiful words of the first chapter of the gospel of John. We hope to be caught up in the mystery, the hope, the peace, the joy, and the love of the light that shines in the darkness.
